This integration is powered by an external API, enabling job postings to be automatically synchronised across the careers website and various recruitment channels. As a result, hiring teams benefit from reduced manual effort while ensuring job listings are always accurate and up-to-date.

To better serve the diverse communities within the Waitematā region, the site was also developed with multilingual support. Content is available in English, and Māori with the functionality to extend other languages. This allows users to navigate and engage with the site in their preferred language — all without duplicating or maintaining multiple versions of the site. This approach ensures a streamlined, inclusive experience for all users and aligns with WDHB’s commitment to cultural responsiveness.
