The site has an integration with an external API that was developed by Guru Digital Media to synchronise jobs that are post in Taleo and displays it on their website along with many other mediums allowing users to apply for the job positions.

The careers site has an extended feature that supports multiple languages including English, French, and Maori, without the need for duplicating the site.
